End User Licence Agreement
Last updated 30 May 2026
This Agreement is between you and Seb Tech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09725783), the maker of Loopylicious ("we", "us", "our"). It covers your use of the Loopylicious software, including the apps, updates, and the licence key that unlocks the paid features (together, the "Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Your licence
When you buy Loopylicious you receive a Universal Licence: a signed licence key that you can use to unlock the Software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to install and use the Software on the devices you own or control, up to the seat allowance shown for your licence. Your key is yours to carry between platforms (Windows, Android, and others as they arrive). You may transfer your licence to someone else only by giving them your key and stopping your own use of it.
2. Free mode and paid features
Loopylicious offers a free mode you can use for as long as you like. Some features are unlocked only with a paid Universal Licence. We may change which features sit behind the licence, but we will not remove a feature your existing licence has already unlocked without good reason.
3. What you may not do
- Sell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute the Software itself, or share your licence key publicly or with people who have not bought a licence.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the limited extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction.
- Remove or alter any copyright, licence, or attribution notices.
- Use the Software to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
4. The Software is provided "as is"
We build Loopylicious with care and we want it to work well for you. Even so, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or other software, or that it will meet your particular needs.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Agreement removes or limits the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where those rights apply, they sit alongside this Agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Software. Our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Software is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law.
7. Refunds
If Loopylicious is not for you, email hello@loopylicious.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. This is in addition to any statutory refund rights you have. Purchases made through an app store (such as Google Play) are also subject to that store's own refund process.
8. Updates and changes
We may release updates that fix, improve, or change the Software. We may also update this Agreement from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and your continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Ending this licence
This licence lasts until ended. It ends automatically if you break these terms in a serious way. We may also disable a licence that we reasonably believe was obtained through fraud, a chargeback, or a refunded or disputed payment. The Software checks for this occasionally online, but it is designed to keep working offline and to fail in your favour if it cannot reach us.
10. Open-source components
Loopylicious is built with the help of third-party open-source software, used under their own licences. Their notices and licences are listed within the app. Those components remain the property of their respective authors.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
